Home Cells
Maranatha Community Church is a home cell church; as a cell is the building block of all life forms, so too is the cell group the basic life form of the church. Members participate in the life of the church by joining a cell group.
What is a home cell?
A cell group (or home cell) is a small group of people who meet together not only to worship God and discuss around His Word, but to reach out to their community.
In these smaller communities believers are called to be accountable to each other, the primary purpose of these cells is edification (building one another up).
When do cells meet?
Cells meet formally on a weekly basis either on a Wednesday or Thursday evening; cells also meet outside of these formal times for social events and fellowship.
Where do cells meet?
Cells meet across all communitites that Maranatha touches in the homes of members of the cell. Cell is an informal time of formal sharing and teaching.
Church life, caring, sharing and outreach happen through the cell, if you are not part of a cell contact the church office to help you find one in your area.
