What can I expect when I visit?
Maranatha is a dynamic, contemporary church with a passion for people and the fulfilment of God’s plans in their lives. Many people from diverse walks of life have made Maranatha their spiritual home.
Our Services
Our aim is for you to connect with God during our services – through intimate praise and worship as well as practical, positive and inspiring preaching.
The same message is shared at both services, so choose the time slot that best suits you: 09h00 or 18h00 (moving to 17h30 from 12 September 2010).
Our services run for about 90 minutes (30-45 minutes of praise & worship followed by 30-45 minutes of Bible-based teaching).
After every service, the pastors and members of the ministry team are available to pray for any needs.
CD and DVD recordings of the sermon are available immediately after each service, as well as back-issues of past services.
- Audio CD – R 10

The Toddler’s Centre (12-36 months), Children’s Ministry (Grade 1-7) and Youth Ministry (Grade 8-12) run in their individual locations during the morning service.
Communion
You are welcome to join us for communion which takes place on the first Sunday of every month alternating between the morning and evening services. This is a time where we remember Jesus Christs’ sacrifice by partaking of the emblems which represent His body and blood according to Luke 19:22.

We have placed collection boxes near the church exits which you can make use of.
